What you need to do:

1. Attend One Townhall Meeting (Find My Meeting Dates)

Sign your disclosure and notice of compliance

Pick up your allotted Nylofume Bags (20 per unit)

Fill out Form

2. Bag and Store Perishable Food, Medications, and Supplements

See a list of food items that need to be bagged and bagging instructions below.

3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible

NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

4. Vacate Accordingly

I understand that our gas will be turned off during fumigation. Will you guys be coordinating with the Gas Company to have it turned back on prior to our return on 2/22 at 5pm?

  Yes we will. Your gas should be restored by the time you return home at 5pm.

How do I hand off the keys to my unit?

  Keys can either be turned into the office or delivered in person on the property on the day of fumigation. Upon returning home after the fumigation you will find your key within your unit.

Good evening.
I live at 1525 Welldow Lane (Water Gardens). I’ve reported termite activity to our property management several times. Every year, when strong warm windy day after heavy raining days, mass termites appear in our yard. For most recent example, Jan 08, 2018, Fullerton area had heavy raining, Jan 11 – 13 got warm and dry, I found hundreds termites in our yard. The termites seem living underground yard.
Our unit will be fumigated from Feb 20 through Feb 22 as scheduled. I worry if you can come to take a look before the fumigation, and if you have special treatment to kill the termites underground.

  Hi Sean. In California it is common to have two different types of termite infestations. The fumigation is meant to treat drywood termites, which are the ones eating away at the wood in your home. Subterranean require different treatments that we can gladly potentially provide as a service. For your community, a request for inspection of subterranean termites would have to come from the property manager to which we will respond quickly.

Good afternoon: I live at 1531 Wavertree Lane and have the flu for the past four weeks. I just saw the schedule and obviously because of my being sick was unable to attend. Can you let me know what I can do? Also, I don’t see 1531 Wavertree Lane on the list of condos above. Is my condo one that is in this go around? I am more than willing to provide my key and come get bags. Can you please let me know: 1. Is my unit being fumingated (1531 Wavertree Lane as it isn’t on the list above); 2. How can I get the information and get you my key. Please let me know as soon as possible.
