    Hello Ozzie,

I am at Vista Del Rio in Santee. You will fumigate next month.

Does a hospital-type bed in the home need to be protected in any particular way? The mattress is already covered with plastic.
Do we leave windows cracked about 3 inches before leaving the apartment? Some of the windows are difficult to open and close.
I am in an upstairs unit and the access to the attic, which is not used, is on the balcony roof. The opening is covered with a metal cover that is fastened with screws. Should I remove the cover?

Additional key access instructions: We will leave one key under the mat. It opens the metal screen door. The main door behind it will be unlocked and should be left that way after the workers leave. Please lock the metal screen door. We will leave the garage door unlocked and should be left that way when the workers leave. Thank you.

Hi Carlos. Hospital beds can stay as is. Yes, please leave windows cracked 3 inches. It would also be helpful for you to open the attic cover. Please confirm your key arrangements via email at fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com.

Hello! Do the garages need to have walk room, there are a few that are packed tight from the back to the garage door with no access. Thank you!

      Hey Gina,

Yes. We only need enough walking room to properly determine the absence of food, people, pets, and locked safes. Typical garage clutter would not stop the work from moving forward if we can see towards the end of the garage.
