Hi! Since our unit sits on top of 4 garages (one is ours), what will happen if the owners of the other 3 garages don’t provide access/remove their cars? Will that delay the treatment? I saw they had notices on their garages this weekend, but was just wondering what might happen in that scenario.
Also, on the notices I see that it says “ensure garage liftgate is unlocked” but I wasn’t sure what that meant. The key to our condo door that we will leave for you guys also opens the door to our garage.
Thanks so much for your time!
Hey Rick. We will reach out to community management and make every effort to get in contact with the owner to have them remove it. Worst case scenario, we would need approval from management to have it towed. We try everything to avoid having to cancel. The garage lift-gate is essentially the overhead door where the car comes through. As long as that or the pedestrian door are unlocked, we are set.
Just curious: How long will our unit actually be tented? Does the tent come off the day before (26th) we are allowed back in? Thank you!
hey Rick. Tents will go up on the 25th, then they are taken down on the 27th before you return home.
Great – thank you for confirming! We also do not need food bags, as we received some in February when our appt was originally scheduled. Just wanted to make sure you guys don’t make a special trip to drop off more bags. Thank you!
