COVID test kits. I forgot to ask if those needed to be bagged. Since my kits were boxed and stored away I forgot to bag them.

They indicated that only edible products need to be bagged, however I am bagging anything that goes on my face or in my eyes (especially)

    – I would like more bags as well, could you also drop off to 201?

    – I have a wine fridge. What should I do there? I would like to keep them refrigerated. Do I need to bag new wine bottles?

    – If there are perishable items that must be left in the fridge or freezer, do I bag them and then place the bags inside the fridge/freezer?

    Thanks!

Can you confirm that refrigerators will stay plugged in? I see conflicting information online.

Will refrigerators be aired out and left open for a prolonged period of time? And can we place bagged cold/frozen goods in them?

        Reply
        • Arianne Neumark

yes, I think the video explained that anything that is factory sealed does not need to be bagged. Cold food should be bagged and put in either the freezer/refrigerator. In fact, they suggest that you remove the shelving in the fridge so that the bag fits

We need more bags as does Shirley (see her comment above)….we both have emailed the email you gave and no one has reached out. These bags are not that big compared to what the video stated. Please let both Shirley and myself know how to obtain more bags as I was hoping to complete all this bagging today but that isn’t going to happen due to not having enough bags.

I work in medical device sales and keep sterile medical implants in my apt/car – do those need to be removed?

    Reply
    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Madison. Non-edible medical items can stay as is. All consumable medications whether they are injested orally or intravenously should be removed or double bagged.

    Hello
Does every unit in the building need to call the gas company separately or do they shutoff the whole building? How many days before the fumigation if we need to call the gas company?

    Reply
    • Ozzie Camacho

You don’t need to call the gas company. We are setting that up for you. You would only call them if you have any issues after the fumigation is over.

How about our furniture..does it need to be coverd.?
I have a lots of plants on the balcony….should I remove them ..or can i cover them with plastics?

    Reply
    • Ozzie Camacho

Furniture is considered non-edible and can be left as is. We so recommend removing the plants to an open space area away from the building. Covering them in plastic will increase the chance of them sustaining damage by trapping gas within the plastic.
