What you need to do:

1. Attend One Townhall Meeting (Find My Meeting Dates)

Sign your disclosure and notice of compliance

2. Bag and Store Perishable Food, Medications, and Supplements

See a list of food items that need to be bagged and bagging instructions below.



3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible

NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

4. Vacate Accordingly

    We are in unit 150 and will change our method of access to a lock box. Please advise on next steps to change this.

    Who is the security firm hired for the weekend?

      Hey Carmen. You can send your lockbox code to That would also be the best email to use to set up payment and delivery for additional bags. Regarding security, we were informed that Bald Eagle will be the security company on-site.

    Do we have to disconnect gas grills? Our garbage pick up is Monday morning. We will be able to leave our trash containers out Friday morning? If not, what do we do with the garbage in the containers?

      Hey Marie. You don’t need to disconnect the grill. You can leave your trash bins out on Friday morning.

    The key for Unit *** will be in the lock box for Unit ***. Also, will it be possible to park in the parking lot during the tenting?

      Thanks, Kyle. Please note that your key will be locked inside your unit rather than back in the neighbor’s lockbox. Cars are okay to be left in the parking lot, but not in driveways unless they remain unlocked.

    Our unit 172 is under interior renovation and there are several areas that are currently sealed off to prevent dust from going in where we have clothes and other items such as books stored.
    — First floor: (1) living room is protected by a vinyl curtain and (2) coat closet is sealed with a masking tape.
    — Second floor: (1) walk-in closet is sealed by tape (2) two built-in cabinets are covered up by vinyl sheet and tape. (3) Also some furniture and mattresses are covered by vinyl sheets.
    Will you be able to make them ready for fumigation? Once the treatment is over, we plant to ask the construction crew to cover them up again.

    Also, there are many cardboard boxes in the unit. They do not contain any food items, as we have not lived there for several months.

    We will be out of country during this treatment. Project manager of the renovation is the emergency contact for us. His name (Steve) and phone number are in the required form.

      Thanks for pointing this out. It would be best for either you or your construction crew to remove the covers allowing access to all spaces. The fumigators may not know the best methods for removal. The cardboard boxes can stay as is. Steve is welcome to reach out to us should he have any questions.

    Our community, Solana Point HOA, will be termite treated 6/14/24. I reviewed all the videos and remember seeing something about potential damage during treatment, specifically roofs. The tarp weighs 200 lbs + technician could be 200 lbs = 400 lbs on roof. I brought this to the attention of our HOA president and now I can’t find the info again to show him. He’d like to discuss with our roofing company. Can you please verify that this info was in a video and perhaps even share the video again with me. Thank you.
