What you need to do:

1. Attend One Townhall Meeting (Find My Meeting Dates)

Sign your disclosure and notice of compliance
Pick up your allotted Nylofume Bags (20 per unit)

2. Bag and Store Perishable Food, Medications, and Supplements

See a list of food items that need to be bagged and bagging instructions below.

3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible

NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

4. Vacate Accordingly

    I don’t know if there are any there now, but I believe we’ve had birds that nested in our chimney just FYI.

    Also, we have heavy potted plants in our patio, will the tent cover the entire patio?

      Hi Kim. Thanks for the heads up on the chimneys. The plants in your patio are likely to also be fumigated. The best place for them are the grass patch away from your building or along the brick wall in the alley.

    Where do I pick up the speciality bags for spices and what not.

      Those will be dropped off at your doorstep as long as your form has been filled out. The date of delivery will be communicated to everyone during the live webinars.
