I originally filled out in the form that I would leave my key under my mat but decided instead to use a lock box. How can I communicate the lockbox number?
Hey Alison. No problem. Send us a private message to fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com with your unit number and lockbox code and we will update our notes.
Hi, during fumigation, will any of our cabinets / drawers / closets be opened? Or they will remained closed throughout the duration?
Hey Ray. To ensure proper airflow and ventilation, cabinets and drawers will be left open during the fumigation.
Thanks, how about fridge?
Also, will technicians be touching any of our belongings? If so, under what reasons / situations?
Everything in the fridge and freezer needs to be double back the refrigerator doors will stay closed. Inspectors will not be going through drawers and cabinets. They would only move items aside if they see something that looks like an edible item, such as condiment packets or medication.
