1. Attend One Townhall Meeting (Find My Meeting Dates)

Sign your disclosure and notice of compliance

2. Bag and Store Perishable Food, Medications, and Supplements

See a list of food items that need to be bagged and bagging instructions below.

3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible

NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

4. Vacate Accordingly

    I just heard about this tenting yesterday (Sept 2) from a neighbor telling me about the notice on my door. I’m sorry but I cannot be there on the dates in question and need to have it postponed to a date agreed upon by ALL parties. I had no idea tenting was even being contemplated let alone scheduled. When/How was notification first made?
    I have commitments away from Torrance and need much more lead time to schedule something so invasive. I will try and communicate this message to a HOA Board member but as I do not have direct access, it may take a couple of days.

      Thanks for reaching out. We are more than happy to work with you and your neighbors. However, any changes to the current schedule must be requested to your board of directors.

        I spoke with Tracy from MPI and told her I could not do the 22nd but was okay with the following week (I left telephone messages for you too but did not receive a response). She seemed to indicate it wouldnt be a problem. The date on this website still says the 22nd. If you could do it without my involvement, that’s fine but if I’m supposed to be there or have my unit available than that will not be possible.
        I would appreciate knowing the dates as soon as possible so I do not make conflicting medical appointments that I’m unable to modify. I also can not complete any authorization forms without a mutually agreed upon date.

          Hi Cheryl,

          We are waiting to hear back from your board of directors for any approved changes. Without that confirmation, we cannot modify the schedule.
