I would like to know if the food from the fridge can be doubled bagged inside the fridge.

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Justin. Yes, fridge and freezer items must be double bagged. You can then leave them back inside in the fridge or freezer.

I thought they were going to leave the key under the mat where I left it for them? I can’t get into my apartment can someone please help me ASAP

Hey Adrien. So sorry to hear you’re locked out. However, our instructions were very clear that keys will be locked inside of the house after the fumigation. This was covered in detail in each of the webinars as well as the in-person meeting. All keys we receive are assumed to be a spare.

Sorry if this is a duplicate message, the one I typed before disappeared. I am in phase 2. A center unit with a patio gate that opens to a common walkway by the pool/laundry room. Are these units going to be completely covered by the tents including the patios? I am concerned because looking at the tenting on the 1st phase buildings, the tents follow the walls of the buildings down and the patio gates are propped open with all of the patio contents visible and there is a HUGE risk of burglary.
Please specify how our buildings will be covered so we can movie items from our patios so they will not be stolen if they are infact going to be open to anyone who walks by.

Hi Vicki. In some cases, gates have to be left open in order to ensure that the tent seals completely against the ground. We understand that security may be a concern which is why we have recommended for the comunity to have guards on site and for homeowners to take any items of concern with them as they vacate.

I am in phase 2. A bottom apt with the back patio open which has a gate that opens to the common walkway. Seeing the 1st phase tents, you have left the back gates wide open with all of the contents uncovered and able to possibly be burglarized. Are our buildings in the middle going to be completed covered back patio and all or are you just going to text the building and leave the gates open to anyone who walks by?

Watching for the past few days, there has been no security or anyone walking around. It is hard to remove BBQ equipment, large storage containers, patio furniture etc. If we do have stolen items, are we able to file a claim with you for reimbursement? This is a MAJOR worry and concern seeing how the 1st phase buildings have been handled.

Do we need to bring any electronics such as desktops and monitors? Do I need to be worried about any of those things being stolen while the fumigation process is happening.?

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Ard. There’s no need to remove electornics or other non-edible items. However, you are encouraged and welcome to do so for your own peace of mind.

I know I should’ve asked this along time ago and I hope it’s not too late. Do we need to take everything out of the cupboards and drawers? Ask for the food in the fridge and freezer as long as we double bag and they can remain in the fridge?

Hey Helen. You don’t have to do anything with clothes. Only food and other edible items need to be double bagged OR thrown out. The bags can be sealed using using tape or rubber bands.
