NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

Hi again. I viewed the video last evening, and noticed the issue regarding rodent infestations. A few years ago, I had this issue in my home. The problem was taken care of. However, your inspector may notice some droppings that I missed on clean-up (I’m still finding them all these years later). Please be assured that there is no longer an issue. Thanks.
Hey Ozzie, I was going I put down I was going to leave the key under the mat, but I got a lock box code
with the code ****** is it to late to use it?
No Problem Ernie. We’ve updated our notes.
I stated on my form that I’d be leaving my key under the mat. I have since acquired a lock box and will be using that instead. The code is *******.

But not totally clear who to call or contact about making an appointment for one of you to come to my townhouse to inspect a safe in my garage? Hey John. Safe inspections occur on fumigation day as early as 7am. I went ahead and added a note for your safe to be inspected on the morning of the fumigation. It should take no more than a couple of minutes.

Can a light truck be left in the garage? Do the windows of the vehicle need to left down?

Hey Michael. The truck can stay as long as the windows are down at least an inch and the doors are unlocked.
