I see our building has a return date of April 22, 2024 at noon. How long prior to that does the fumigation tent get removed?

    Reply
    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Missy. Tents will be removed the morning of your return day around 8am. As crews work outside to get the tents put away, inspectors will be doing air quality checks inside of the building. They will be done by noon that day.

Hello, Based on the videos, I’m confirming that you (1) do not need my SDG & E information; that (2) plants can be left in communal space, but 3-5 feet away from the patio; and that (3) I may not enter the the house until 6PM on the date of return..
    Thanks!

Hey Maria, you are correct that you do not need to provide any SDGE info. Your plants can be moved to communal areas, as you described. However, your return time is 12 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. The process has improved a bit since we fumigated the other side of your community last year. All you need to do on your return day is to be home to let gas techs in to restore your gas service.

        Thank you, Ozzie.
Just another clarification, by “be home” do you mean wait outside my front door or can I actually come inside the house at noon, prior to the arrival of SDG & E?

Also, in order to update information about a new key lock, should I email you directly or change my original submitted form?

I need more bags (10 or 20 if that’s how they come). Please let me know how to pay and how/when I can obtain them.

How are the crawlspaces and the attic type spaces handled? Do we leave those open and how are they ventilated afterwards?

The attic spaces are all connected across all five units so I would think that they have to be ventilated at each unit in order to not impact other units. Thank you.

Crawlspaces are best to be left ajar. At the very least they should remain unlocked in case a state inspectors feels the need to probe deeper. It’s recommended that everyone leave their attics ajar as well.

Drop dead time to be out of the unit on Friday 5/3?

    Reply
    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Wendy. It’s too soon to have an exact drop dead time for your fumigation. Most likely it will be mid morning at the latest. We’ll have a better answer the week of your fumigation.

Someone commented about submitting their SDGE bill? Do we need to do this?

Hey Leslie. You can ignore that step. It has already been taken care of for you.

I live at 3211 Caminito Eastbluff Unit 12, a unit starting fumigation this coming Friday 2nd June.
The tree from the park is touching the roof, which could disturb the process of covering. I will send photos at the phone number we got during our meeting.
These brunches are also over our path to home. Please look at the photos and send gardeners to trim these trees, if required.
    Thank you very much!

Hey Reika. Please email the photos fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com. We will share this concern with community management as they would be the ones to send landscapers to perform necessary work.

I would like to know if all windows are to be left open before we evacuate?
or the fumigation is done with the windows closed?

    Thanks

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Berta. Some windows will be left slight open only a couple of inches to allow for airflow. One window per room is necessary. Sliding glass doors will remain locked.

There is a scheduled 6pm webinar tonight…nothing happens when I click the webinar link. It was very specific that we attend the webinar at 6pm so I am assuming it is more than the 17-minute video link. Does anyone have information? When I emailed Accurate earlier requesting a meeting link, they told me to follow the link to the website instead of giving me the link.

I am so disappointed. No one is ever available when I call and no one has called the number I left to be called back. I need to know if the club house will be done at the same time as the first zone and also how to forward this form other than sending it to management? There is no contact information on the form to call or email. Yes, I am human and hope to make contact with a human to complete this file.

Lou, looking at the diagram it doesn’t look like the club house is going to be fumigated. Perhaps we can all camp out there?

Roof damage is external damage and must be at hoa’s expense.
