Mouthwash can also be left out as is even if it has been opened.

I would like to set my security alarm for my home; I can remotely arm and disarm it. What would be a safe time for me to do so and is that possible?

Great question! You can activate your alarm no earlier than 9pm on the 22nd. Most likely we will have no need to enter at that point. Please be sure to turn the alarm off at 6am on Monday the 25th.

I have babies. They put everything in the mouth. They crawling and then suck on their hands.. how are they chemical not going to harm them? They do digest the saliva on their hands

Hey A. As a father of two little ones, I completely understand your concern. The fumigant shares some of the same characteristics as the gas in your stove. If the valve is left on without a flame to burn it, it will fill up the area, causing a significant safety hazard. The best way to resolve the issue would be to open up windows and bring fresh air into the home until the flammable gas has entirely dissipated. However, the kitchen surfaces do not hold any powder or moisture lingering from the flammable gas. The gas exposure did not affect the cleanliness of the home.

The same applies to the fumigant. It is strictly a gas, not a fog, mist, or powder. The fumigant we will use is not flammable and has no smell. This is why we emphasize our safety guidelines, ensuring that neither you nor your children come in contact with the gas even after the fumigation.

The fumigant leaves no residual behind. The home will be just as clean as the day you leave it. Buildings ready for return only after ALL people and pets can do so safely.

If I leave my key under the mat, when the fumigator/inspector leaves for the day on Friday, will they take the key with them or return it under the mat? I understand that they will leave the key in the unit on Monday after the work has been completed

Keys that don’t have a lockbox will be taken to a secure location until the conclusion of the fumigation when we can leave them inside the house.
