    1. Are you tenting all of the buildings in the complex (all addresses)?
    2. Is the association going to turn off our gas lines from the valves external to our units/building? 3. Do we need to remove any vehicles from our garages?

Only building 12010 is scheduled for fumigation. We currently have no other buildings on our calendar. The gas company will be shutting off the service themselves. Vehicles can stay as long as they remain unlocked. This applies only if the garage is in the same building as the residences being fumigated. Detached garages need not be vacated.

The link to sign up for the webinar says it ended in January. Is there no webinar? How do we get the bags?

We will need a much better explanation about key etc. How can you accept a key and not accept responsibility. I am speaking for several neighbors. I did not sign form until we get an explanation.

Providing a key for access is a requirement from the state in order to conduct safety inspections before and after the fumigation. The clarification is that we do no provide security nor do we hire third party company to provide such services. Keys are given only to federally background checked licencees who will be the ones performing these inspections.

I received the notice for the fumigation and I live in building 12040 226th Street. How did this happen? It is going to be very confusing if many other who do not live at 12010 building get this notice and they do not pay clear attention to this.

We posted notices only to building 12010. I’m not sure where the disconnect may have occurred. Can you clarify how you got the notice?

I got the notice from the management co., Lordan Management, Co. in their envelope. It was mailed to me on 04/22/2022.

When and who do we give the key to? I contacted the property management (left a message) but they never returned my call.

There are a couple of options as far as turning in your spare key for the fumigation.

      1. You can turn it in on the morning of the fumigation by leaving it under your doormat.
      2. You can leave it in a lockbox and email me the code as soon as possible. My email is ozzie@accuratetermitecontrol.com
      3. You can give me your electronic deadbolt code instead of a house key.

Wait so only 12010 is being fumigated. I live in 12050 and I also got a letter in the mail from lordan Management. So does that mean I don’t have to leave my apt?

Correct. Unless you live in 12010, you are not scheduled for fumigation.
