Will you need access to both roll-up and regular doors to the garage? Roll-up garage door has been disabled, as it is being used as storage only.

That’s fine. As long as we can get into the garage through the pedestrian door that will be ok.

I originally put “leave key under mat” in the Signed Occupant’s Notice form. Who do I contact to update that to a lock box?

The website states ‘All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.’ The majority of units at our complex can only be locked from outside of the unit using a key (dead bolt lock only). What is the alternative plan for locking the units and subsequently returning the keys to the appropriate owner?

Deadbolt only doors are recommended to have a lockbox so that we can secure the key. Otherwise we will just leave the key under the mat.
