NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

On roof above 1301 Franklin #9, furnace vent pipe hemispherical cap is askew. Please return to correct position for proper furnace ventilation. Thank you. (I have a photo of it but I don’t know how to attach it to this email.)
